For some time, I was thinking to come up with an end to end flow of how the whole product development process should work (ideally). A product that is loved by its customers. Given flow diagram should work for all types of products whether existing or new. Each step in the below diagram is a big exercise in itself (I will probably explore them in future).

Appreciate if you could give me feedback on what could be improved in the below flow diagram.
